PRACTICAL LEGAL UPDATE: SPECIALIST DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME  13th November 2012 This event provided a practical update on 2 areas of practice in respect of the responsibility for specialist design and extensions of time. The event also looked at issues of total cost claims and confidentiality of advice from claims consultants. It also focused around the recent judgment in the Technology & Construction Court in the case of Walter Lilly v Mackay. >>
