Susana has extensive experience accumulated over the past 27 years in all aspects of Administration and Office Management. She provides Probyn Miers with a professional background of skills in project management, administration, business support, resource & budgetary control, staff leadership, mentoring and ensuring compliance; among many other professional skills.

She possesses a much needed detail-oriented skills for all our administrative processes making Susana a key team player for solving the demanding administrative needs. Her role at Probyn Miers is all encompassing, from monitoring the in-house requirements, as a PA to our CEO Christopher Miers, to her confident and friendly communication among our clients and our team in UK and Dubai.

She works as well very closely with our accountancy section handling the constant and growing financial processes at Probyn Miers.

Susana monitors the implementation of processes and systems to keep Probyn Miers up-to-date and ensuring best practice and compliance. She is indeed instrumental on the requirements and implementing for our QA accreditation and for the monitoring of Probyn Miers’ policy on GDPR and Cybersecurity compliances.
